Ingredients:
(for side salad use 1/2 of the amount)
2 handful of Maché leaves
1 handful pomegranate seeds
1-2 Tsp pumpkin seed oil
pinch of salt
Tips:
How to harvesting pomegranate seeds without a mess? Use a bowl of lukewarm water, cut a pentagon shape a the top of the fruit and remove the strunk. Then cut in just the skin in the 5 edges of the pentagon shape and break the fruit open. Slowly loosen the seeds into the water and remove the white skin which holds the seeds and the outter skin of the pomegrante. Strain seeds and pick out any remaining white skin pieces.
Wash and dry maché salad, add pomegranate seeds. Drizzle salt and pumpkin seed oil over and it is ready to enjoy!
